Creative Center

At Steppingstone Cottage, we specialize in quilting retreats. A quilting retreat offers time away to sew with other quilters but does not include professional instruction. Retreats are for quilters of all levels, to learn or improve quilting skills and provide opportunity for rest and relaxation. If you’ve never before treated yourself to a retreat, you really must. You’ll leave refreshed and inspired.

An iron, ironing board, separate cutting table and cutting tools are provided. A sitting area within the creative center is for handiwork or perusing the latest quilt magazine. Bring your favorite music for the CD player. If your group requires additional sewing supplies, 2 great quilt shops are minutes away.

The coffee pot is always on. Tea and water are available too!
